When viewing the descriptions of home cleaning services in your area, its quite important to know the frequency of how often you will need these services. Actually you can easily determine the answer once you examine your habits and basic cleaning needs.
Generally speaking, if you find yourself cleaning living spaces and restrooms quite often, and are usually consistent in your maintenance habits, then a monthly cleaning is probably best for you.

Standard Cleaning
The home cleaning service description of standard cleaning is to make your house neat and presentable. This type of house cleaning should only be ordered if professional cleaning companies have cleaned in the last 30 days (no later than 60 days). Standard cleaning includes the following checklist:

- Trash emptied
- Flat surfaces cloth dusted
- All readily accessible floors vacuumed/swept/mopped
- Mirrors cleaned
- Window sills and ledges wiped down
- Dusting around items
- Vents dusted

- Baseboard dusted

- Showers/tubs cleaned and disinfected

Deep Cleaning
A deep cleaning is a more thorough housekeeping process than a regular cleaning and is usually performed in a home seasonally if the residence is regularly cared for. Deep cleaning should be chosen if you have not had a professional cleaning for a period of 60 days or longer, to eliminate dust and grime buildup (hazmat services are an additional charge). This type of service includes all the details that cleaning services offer for standard as well as the following:
Living (Common) and Sleeping Areas
- Mop/vacuum under the beds (as best possible)
- Wastebaskets sanitized
- Lampshades and light fixtures dusted/wiped down
- Under carpet edges vacuumed
- Ceiling fan dusted/wiped
- Furniture wiped and/or vacuumed
- Mini-blinds/blinds dusted
- Dusting around items, some items wiped
Bathroom Areas
- Shower door given extra cleaning attention
- Tile disinfected and cleaned
- Clean doors/frames for fingerprints
- Wastebaskets sanitized

- Dusting around items, some items wiped
Kitchen Areas
- Inside of range hood cleaned

WALL CLEANING
Wall cleaning is necessary when trying to rid the wall of scuff or crayon marks. Also best done if the wall is to be primed or painted soon.

CLEAN INSIDE EMPTY CABINETS
We clean inside empty cabinets if ordered. Kitchen cabinets are cleaned/sanitized and made ready for storage of goods or dishes.

CLEAN INSIDE EMPTY CLOSETS
Empty closets are cleaned & sanitized and made ready for storage of necessities.

DEEP CLEANING
Deep cleaning is for places that require a little extra cleaning. Also, see more details above in the Cleaning Description section.

CLEAN INSIDE EMPTY FRIDGE
Inside of refrigerator is cleaned/sanitized to allow food to be placed back inside

CLEAN INSIDE EMPTY OVEN
Inside of oven is made fresh, clean and ready for baking.

CLEAN INSIDE MICROWAVE
Inside of microwave is cleaned and sanitized. Additional appliances are extra.

CLEAN INTERIOR WINDOWS
Windows located inside of the residence are cleaned. Includes sill and interior frame if accessible. Blind cleaning is not included in window cleaning.

CLEAN BASEBOARDS
Will attempt to make baseboards clean and scuff free. In addition, we are not responsible for worn or damaged paint on baseboards.

MOVE IN/OUT CLEANING
Make a residence you are leaving, or your new home a place to be admired with this service. (Includes mopping, wiping and sanitizing of surfaces and interior of empty cabinets and closets in the residence. If cabinets or walls have built-on grime, scuffs, or marks, please order additional services to ensure proper cleaning. (i.e., Clean Empty Cabinets, Wall Cleaning, etc.)

RUSH JOB
A rush job is when a cleaning appointment absolutely, and certainly must be done today, or within the next 24 hours! (Usually a one-time service)

DISHWASHING
Washing of an average size sinkful of dishes. Also, additional loads of dishes incur extra charges.

ORGANIZATION
With our organization services, items are moved in an attempt to de-clutter a room and appear orderly. This will not include moving or re-arranging furniture, or sorting paperwork and clothing in rooms and closets. Extra charges in pricing will be assessed for extreme (hoarder) circumstances.

COVID-19 OR VIRAL PROTECTION
Virus protection that can kill germs on contact and procedures that will keep killing up to 90 days.

CARRY TRASH TO RECEPTACLE
Will carry trash bags to a nearby garbage chute or receptacle, away from the premises being cleaned for the customer’s convenience. (Although, it must be a receptacle that is permitted for use by the customer)

VACUUM CLEANING
Let us know if you have area rugs or carpets that require vacuuming. Our technicians would be happy to take care of that for you! (Only provided in rooms being serviced)

CLEAN SHELVING UNIT (OR WALL UNIT)
Wipe and dust items on a single shelving unit (or section of a wall unit). Also, wipe and clean each shelf where items are placed. (Please have a stepladder available if shelving units are out of reach)

MAKE BED
Straighten or change linens (provided by you) on bed in order to create a comfortable sleeping experience.

POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEANING
Rid environment of dust and debris caused by recent remodeling or construction in the home. We have the right equipment, including HEPA filters.

STAIRCASE - HALLWAY - FOYER
Clean a staircase, hallway area, or foyer to prevent dust or debris from being tracked into other rooms or spaces.
